Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 14th 2025

 

I Do Collective is committed to providing high-quality wedding and event planning services, as well as digital products. Due to the nature of our business, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.

 

1. Event & Service Cancellation Policy

A. Full-Service & Partial Wedding/Event Planning

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure services. The amount depends on the full service quote. 

  • Cancellations:

    • If canceled 60 days before the event, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

    • If canceled within 30 days, no refunds will be provided.

  • Rescheduling:

    • If an event must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

    • A rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Force Majeure:

    • If the event is canceled due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, a credit for future services may be offered instead of a refund.

 

B. Day-Of Coordination & Consultation Services

  • Cancellations less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • If a consultation or coordination service is rescheduled within 60 days, a rescheduling fee may apply.

 

2. Digital Products & Downloadable Items

(DIY Wedding Planners, Templates, Custom Designs)

  • Non-Refundable: Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: If you experience technical issues with a file, we will provide a replacement file upon request.

  • Unauthorized Sharing: Purchased digital items are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

 

3. Custom Design & Merchandise Refund Policy

(Custom Wedding Signs, Event Merch, Custom Invitations, etc.)

  • Deposits & Payments:

    • A non-refundable deposit is required before custom design work begins.

    • The remaining balance must be paid in full before final delivery.

  • Cancellations & Refunds:

    • If canceled before design work begins, a partial refund may be issued.

    • If work has already begun, only unfinished portions of the project may be eligible for a refund, minus the deposit.

    • No refunds will be issued once final files or products have been delivered.

  • Revisions & Corrections:

    • If an error is made on our part, we will correct it free of charge.

    • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

 

4. No-Show & Late Payment Policies

  • Missed Appointments: If a client misses a scheduled consultation or service without notice, no refund will be issued.

  • Late Payments:

    • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

    • Late payments may result in a late fee of 2.5% per week.
